On the morning of May 21, 2026, at Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hiep – Director of INNOCOM Company – had the honor of being invited to present a paper at the scientific workshop “Solutions for building Vietnam into an innovative startup nation”. This was one of the key activities of the 2025–2026 key Ministerial-level Project chaired by the Academy.
The workshop was co-chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Quang Phu – Deputy Director General of the Department of Training and Refresher Management (Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics), Director of the Project – and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Toan – Director of the Institute of Political Economy, with the participation of experts and scientists from Foreign Trade University, Phenikaa University, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, along with many leading research units.
As a business representative invited to present, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hiep delivered a presentation on the topic:
“From startup to global scaling: Institutional barriers and policy recommendations from Vietnamese enterprise practice”
From the perspective of a Vietnamese enterprise directly building and operating digital transformation products (AI Chatbot, ZaloTeam, enterprise management software…) serving the SME community, Mr. Hiep shared practical experiences from the startup journey, bottlenecks in institutions, access to capital, technology, and market. At the same time, he proposed practical policy recommendations to promote Vietnamese enterprises reaching out globally.
INNOCOM’s contribution at this Ministerial-level scientific forum demonstrates the company’s commitment not only to providing technology solutions, but also to accompanying policy-making agencies in the process of turning Vietnam into an innovative startup nation.
